EmergencyAssist and other providers of services and information, can not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages (including (without limitation) damages resulting from loss of profits, business disruptions, loss of business information, personal injury, loss of privacy in any event, the inability to fulfill any obligations (including in good faith or diligent judgment), negligence or any other material or other harm) arising out of or in any way related to the use or inability to use the Services and Information and which do not have the legal consequence of an error in the use of the Services and information.
